De proximity switchen zijn inzetbaar bij verschillende toepassingen waar de detectie van metaal een must is om veilig te kunnen werken. Een willekeurig proximity switch is geen lang leven gegund in de beschreven omstandigheden. Zo is het niet denkbeeldig dat ijzer en andere zware gereedschappen op de proximity switch vallen en deze beschadigt. De heavyduty switch van Van der leun is hier tegen bestand door een duurzame SS 316 stalen behuizing die tegen meer dan een stootje kan.
Standaard is de sps 20 uitgevoerd met 10 meter kabel, op verzoek ook in langere of kortere lengtes. Om een lange levensduur te garanderen is de kabel olie- en zeewaterbestendig. Elke prox switch wordthandmatig vervaardigd en getest op functionaliteit. De sps 20 hebben we standaard in ons assortiment op voorraad.
