What can you expect from the service Easyfairs offers??
- Easyfairs is the event location host for visitors of Maritime Industry. As an exhibitor you want to do business, meet people and maintain relationships during your exhibition participation and you need to be fully focused on that. That is why the organization of Maritime Industry takes as much as possible out of your hands so you can focus on your objectives.
- Easyfairs understands the profession of facilitating and unburdening. Not only by offering a professional event location, but also by supporting you to be a good host or hostess. That is our strength, that is our motive.
- You will meet the Event Services team ahead of your participation. They are happy to share their knowledge to increase the value of your participation. Various services and products are offered to ensure that your stand matches your wishes even better. Event Services team members help you before and during the exhibition. Among other things through the exhibitors manual, but certainly also when there are last-minute orders or questions.
All service components at a glance
- The exhibition organization and the Event Services team are happy to help you during the setup, the event and the dismantling.
- Do you use the stand construction of Easyfairs? Then you will receive a completely assembled, finished and cleaned stand unit: floor space, walls, frieze with name mentioning, lighting by duospots and carpeting.
- During your participation, you and your relations can use catering on the various terraces on the exhibition floor free of charge.
- Plenty of parking space for you and your relations at our parking lot. When it is full, free shuttle buses drive to and from the “Lingebos”.
- Prior to your participation, the Maritime Industry organization offers you various itmes to promote your exhibition participation so that you reach the right target group during the event.
- Free Invitation Service: 65% of the visitors come through the Easyfairs Invitation Service. You save all the time and (layout and printing) costs that you would normally spend on such an invitation card! We will state your company name in the invitation card. This makes it clear to your relations that you invite them personally. Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database do not receive the invitation by postmail, but by e-mail with an unique registration code. Your company name is also prominent in this e-mail.
