When participating in a trade fair, there is a lot to deal with. Beforehand, you need to prepare a number of things and invite your customers. During the trade fair, you want to get the most out of your trade fair participation. And after the trade fair, you naturally want to give the visitors you spoke to the best possible follow-up. 1. What makes you unique?

What makes your company unique? What makes your product different and more innovative than your competitors? And why should potential customers choose you?

2. What is included in my EasyGo marketing package?

Part of your participation in an Easyfairs event is the EasyGo package. This package helps you get in touch with more potential customers. By means of digital marketing technologies such as My Easyfairs, the Smart Badge Reader and the Visit Connect web application, we make your event even easier.

There are three different packages: EasyGo Leads, EasyGo Plus & EasyGo Premium. Have you forgotten which one you have purchased?
Then look in your participation confirmation in your email or login to My Easyfairs and view your package under your participation.

No matter which package you have, EasyGo makes generating and following up leads easier. In the attachment you will find an overview of all components.
To upgrade your package, go to My Easyfairs, manage stand and then to View Packages at the top. Request a quote here or contact your sales contact.

There is a lot to consider when preparing your stand. That is why we have made it a lot easier for you and here you will find an overview of the most important points and deadlines. Also, check out the participant manual for more details and watch the video for more tips & tricks.

In this video we talk about the experience you want to give your trade show visitors. You have probably visited trade shows in the past. And you probably remember: there are always a few trade show stands that stand out more than others.

7. How to promote your participation

Promoting your participation and organization is easy. The video on the right explains it all step by step.

Participating in this service is easy. You upload the contact list (max. 3000 addresses) in our secure environment in My Easyfairs and then we provide a professional and personal invitation with your company name on it.

Once you have logged in to My Easyfairs, you can fill in your company information if you have not done so yet. Once you have filled in all of this, you will arrive at the page where you will get an overview of all the possibilities to complete your profile. You can add products, innovations, news items and vacancies here.

We have ready-made marketing material for you that you can download in My Easyfairs. You can use this marketing material 1 on 1 in, for example, a newsletter, social media or mailing.

8. Time to follow up on leads

After the event, it’s time to reach out to all the people who wanted to know more about your company and your products.

9. Gain more visibility by optimizing your company profile

Your participation begins before the event has even started. Complete your profile on My Easyfairs to give visitors the opportunity to get to know your company.

As a first step, fill in all the basic information about your company. Also write a piece of text about what the visitor can expect from you as an exhibitor.
With an EasyGo Plus or Premium package, you also have the option to upload your logo.
As a final step, don’t forget to add the company category.

You can easily view your own profile via our website.
Via participants you will find your own profile and what it looks like in alphabetical order.

10. Welcome more visitors to your booth by using the Invitation Service

Without business cards and everything in a digital overview! Easyfairs has specially developed the Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect to capture leads during an event in a sustainable and efficient way.

We offer 2 digital options to capture visitor information directly. The Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect are designed to capture visitor information in an easy way.

Easygo is a service package based on the latest developments in digital marketing technology.
It is part of the standard Easyfairs offer, but you can choose one of the three packages that best suits your objectives.

Visit Connect is an online environment that you can open on your smartphone or tablet. With Visit Connect you can easily collect information from visitors to your stand. By scanning the visitor badge with the tool, you receive all the data you need for lead follow-up.

11. Increase leads by making maximum use of Smart Badge technology

During the trade fair, you collected digital leads with the Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect. Of course, you want to follow up on them. In this video, we will show you how to easily receive, download and follow up on your leads.

On the last day of the fair, our team will be happy to collect your Smart Badge Reader from you approximately one hour before the fair ends. Would you like to leave it there for a while? Then you can return it yourself at the exhibitor’s desk at the end of the fair.

12. Qualify your leads with Visit Connect

The leads from Visit Connect are immediately visible to you in the Visit Connect Web browser.
You will only receive the leads from the Smart Badge Reader after the fair when the reader has been returned.
You will then receive an email from us in which you can download your leads in the My Easyfairs environment.

13. Why do you need two lead generation tools?

The use of the Smart Badge Reader is initiated by the visitor. The visitor decides whether or not to hold his Smart Badge against the reader. Visit Connect is initiated by the exhibitor. During a conversation you can determine whether the visitor could be a potential customer. You can then scan the Smart Badge with Visit Connect.

14. Checklist and important deadlines

Checklist

Please ensure you have entered the correct company name and registered all your booth crew.

Please ensure that all your printing work has been submitted to us and that you have submitted your stand plan for electricity etc.

Make sure you have submitted your stand design to us for approval. We would also like to know if you need storage or forklifts.

Make sure you have arranged and communicated everything regarding furniture.

There are several possibilities for your stand. We can help you with care and otherwise we would like to receive information about the stand.
