COVID-19 measures for visitors
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is seen by the local authorities as a so-called ‘flow-through location’. Due to this, there is no maximum group size and thus, we have received green light to organize events provided that the established COVID-19 measures are met. We are happy to welcome you again. We have taken the necessary measures in various ways to ensure this proceeds safely. You can read these measures below.
Prior to your visit
Prior to your visit, we take the following measures into account:
Online registration
Please always register online before the event, as registration onsite is not possible. You can either print out your admission voucher, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device. You will then be able to scan the barcode at one of our (touchless) scanning stations.
Registration via intake times for arrival
During registration for Maritime Industry you will have to choose a specific time to arrive for your visit. Only in this way the social distancing rules can be respected. Your visit will have no end time .
Online preparation
You can prepare your visit as efficiently as possible via the website of our events. You can consult the exhibitor list and the content program and plan in advance which companies and products you want to see and which knowledge sessions you want to follow.
Stay home if you feel ill
As much as we want to see you at our events, we kindly ask you to respect everyone’s health and safety. If you feel at all ill – including mild cold symptoms or a high temperature – please stay at home.
During your visit
During your visit, we will observe the following measures:
Social distancing
We kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres from other people.
Avoid physical contact
We are implementing a strict no contact policy. So please avoid handshakes with everyone, including exhibitors.
Crowd density standards
To ensure appropriate physical distancing during our events we will control the number of people present in the event halls at all times, in accordance with local guidance.
Disinfection protocol
All surfaces at an Easyfairs event are treated with disinfectants. The most frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected at regular intervals. The used spraying technology ensures the highest standards of hygiene.
Hand hygiene
Hand sanitiser stations will be available everywhere on the exhibition floor and in common areas. Please make use of them regularly during the day!
Cashless payment
To protect your health and safety, we only accept cashless payments at Easyfairs venues.
Directional walkways
On paths where there is enough room for people to walk in both directions, please keep to your side as indicated by the directional arrows.
Food & Drinks
You can still get food and drinks at our events and venues. We kindly ask you to use the hand sanitisers available at catering points before eating and drinking.
Plexiglass shields
Plexiglass shields will be installed at information points, catering points and all counters staffed by team members throughout the event floor.
Maximum capacity in conference rooms
Conference areas will also allow for social distancing, with 1.5 metres between chairs. This means there will be limited capacity, so please arrive early.
Smart Badge contactless technology
The safest way to visit an event is by using our Smart Badge, which requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% safe event experience. You can swipe your badge on readers distributed throughout the event to gather product and stand information.
Face masks
For your safety , all employees of Easyfairs and Evenementenhal Gorinchem wear face masks. We advise you to wear face masks as well. These will be available on the exhibition floor free of charge .
